01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk3565 ("pk3565", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk3565 online gaming and sports betting platform available at pk3565.org and any associated mobile applications or services.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the pk3565 platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the pk3565 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk3565 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account you open with pk3565 to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in your pk3565 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or matched deposit amounts granted to you by pk3565 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the pk3565 website at pk3565.org, including all games, betting markets, payment services, account tools and support services available therein.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet or stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or other gaming product available on the pk3565 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which is the functional currency of all pk3565 Account balances.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to pk3565 Accounts before withdrawal or as requested by pk3565 at any time.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active pk3565 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. pk3565 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use only. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended pk3565 Account. Only one account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a pk3565 employee or affiliated partner organisation.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

04 Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered Account on the pk3565 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether intentional or inadvertent, will be merged or closed at pk3565's discretion. Any winnings accrued on a duplicate account may be voided.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying pk3565 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate.

pk3565 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pk3565 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

pk3565 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that is, in its reasonable opinion, being used in breach of these Terms, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or manipulation of platform systems.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

pk3565 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the pk3565 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being reviewed.
• pk3565 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. pk3565 accepts no liability for third-party fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Players should contact pk3565 support at [email protected] immediately in the event of an erroneous deposit.
• pk3565 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations before processing deposits above certain thresholds.

All deposits are processed exclusively through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. pk3565 does not store full card or mobile wallet credentials on its systems.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the pk3565 cashier, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to your pk3565 Account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before the bonus balance and any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed at the point of withdrawal request in the cashier.
• pk3565 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Pakistani accounts are typically processed within 1–2 hours. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels.
• pk3565 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

pk3565 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Verification of eligibility may be required before bonus funds are credited or withdrawable.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms. Casino table games, live dealer games and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or zero contribution.
• pk3565 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to adjust wagering requirements for active bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to other players or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• pk3565 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if a player is found to have exploited, manipulated or abused any promotional offer.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the pk3565 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of wagers.

The following general betting rules apply across all pk3565 products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. pk3565 does not reverse or cancel wagers after they have been accepted by the platform system, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect match data, or system malfunction — pk3565 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts at its sole discretion.
• For sports betting, pk3565 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void wagers in response to match abandonment, postponement, disqualification, or other events outside the platform's control.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay between real-world events and platform updates. pk3565 reserves the right to void in-play wagers placed after an event that materially affects the outcome, regardless of the time of acceptance by the system.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• pk3565 casino games — including Dragon Tiger Luck, Gold Toad Fishing, live dealer tables and all certified slot titles — operate using independently audited RNG technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, player history, or account status.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk3565 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement agencies:

• Money Laundering: Using the pk3565 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of funds.
• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive pk3565 or its payment processing partners, including the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one pk3565 Account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions, withdrawal limits, or account suspensions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games or poker (where available) to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, RNG vulnerabilities, or any platform error to obtain funds or advantages beyond what would accrue through normal gameplay.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any third-party software that interacts with the pk3565 Platform in a manner not explicitly permitted.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate pk3565 transactions.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the pk3565 Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any person under the age of 21.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk3565 is genuinely committed to ensuring that gaming on the Platform remains a form of entertainment and does not cause harm to players or their families. In line with this commitment, pk3565 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all account holders at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly PKR deposit limits can be set or reduced by the player from the account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session durations. Upon reaching the set time limit, the player will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent gaming are available to all players and can be configured from the account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player can request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting pk3565 support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and re-activation of a temporary exclusion before its expiry date is not permitted.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk3565 Platform — including but not limited to the pk3565 brand name, logo, trade marks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of pk3565 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk3565 Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any pk3565 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any pk3565 software or application.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary rights notices displayed on or within the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on pk3565 content or use pk3565 content for any commercial purpose.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to pk3565 by players become the property of pk3565 and may be used without compensation or attribution.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3565 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• Actions taken by pk3565 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions, which are subject to the void and refund provisions in Section 8 of these Terms.

pk3565's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their pk3565 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk3565 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the pk3565 Platform is governed by the pk3565 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and pk3565.

By registering an Account with pk3565, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account registration, verification and management.
• Transaction processing, including payment verification and fraud prevention.
• Regulatory compliance, including KYC and AML obligations.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection.
• Marketing communications, where you have provided explicit consent and subject to your right to opt out at any time.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk3565 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a proposed amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, pk3565 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting an update notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered players' email addresses.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of the updated Terms document. Your continued use of the pk3565 Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pk3565 recommends that all players review the Terms at least quarterly and following any notification of amendment.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3565 holds its gaming licence, as applicable at the time of any dispute.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk3565, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance. You may raise a dispute by contacting pk3565 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pk3565 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within 28 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified by the pk3565 licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence where such rights cannot be excluded by contract under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
